儘管陣中大將「咖哩小子」柯瑞(Stephen Curry)再度受傷而缺席下半場的比賽，但金州勇士(Golden State Warriors)24日仍以121比94，大勝休士頓火箭(Houston Rockets)，在美國職業籃球NBA季後賽首輪，取得三勝一敗的絕對優勢地位。

NBA季後賽採七戰四勝制。勇士和火箭的第五戰將於27日在奧克蘭舉行。

在第四戰才復出的柯瑞，再度受傷，缺席了下半場的比賽。

柯瑞是上季的最有價值球員(MVP)，率領勇士拿下去年NBA總冠軍。今年勇士更以7動手做科學玩具3勝、打破例行賽最多勝的紀錄，挺進季後賽。

在16日舉行的季後賽第一輪第一場比賽，勇士以104比78擊敗休士頓火箭，但柯瑞卻傷了腳踝，缺席了第二戰和第三戰。

在經過MRI檢查後，傷勢並無大礙的柯瑞在24日再度登場。但在場上的表現不理想，9投7不中，而且7次3分球出手只中1次。

在下半場開始時，柯瑞因膝蓋受傷而退場。

在本季例行賽，柯瑞平均每場得分30.1分。在3月8日成為NBA單季首位飆進300顆3分球的球員。而整季的3分球達到402顆，締造了另一個難以想像的里程碑。
